Time marches on a applications for new data analysis and analytic continues to grow. Now that the whole big data has become part of the main stream, it is still very much an open area. While we have not really done any real bug data analysis, the data stream we have worked with are generally very high density and thus very large. The increased demand for ongoing monitoring and analysis means the existing recording structure need to be applied to an event driven type on environment as well. Typically this happens when we are interested in “what changed” and “when”, rather than a continuous stream of data. Environmental monitoring is just such an area where this is common.
